The AI is trained on holistic coaching principles and the ICF coaching methodology (the global standard-setting body for professional coaching).
You bring what you want to work on. The AI listens for what's underneath, asks questions, and helps you see what you might be missing to help you move forward with clarity. Why it was built
I wanted access to coaching whenever I needed it. Not a chatbot. Not surface-level prompts. Actual coaching—the kind that asks good questions, helps you think through what you're feeling, and moves you toward clarity and action.
When I looked for something like this, I found two options: human coaches (expensive, scheduling required) or chatbots that gave answers instead of asking questions. Nothing in between.
So I built it.
I spent 10 years as an early member of a tech startup in San Francisco—watching it grow, wearing many hats, learning how to build with intention. With that experience under my belt, I didn't outsource the AI coach to a development team. I built it myself. Every privacy decision, every design choice, every technical detail reflects care over speed, intention over convenience.

Yes. Sessions are completely confidential. Audio is processed in real-time and not stored. Session content is deleted immediately after your session ends. I don't save transcripts or recordings.
