Introduction

Welcome to In The Search Bar LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at inthesearchbar.com and all services provided through the platform, including human coaching, Release & Claim somatic experiences, AI coaching services, and access to digital content.

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing our website or purchasing AI coaching services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use our services.

2. AI Coaching Services

2.1 Service Description

Our AI coaching services provide on-demand, voice-based coaching sessions powered by artificial intelligence. Sessions are designed to support personal growth, self-reflection, and decision-making aligned with ICF coaching methodology, holistic coaching principles, and the self-loyalty framework.

Session Duration: All AI coaching sessions have a 30-minute time limit, enforced automatically by the platform. Sessions will end at the 30-minute mark regardless of where you are in the conversation.

2.2 What AI Coaching Is NOT

AI coaching is not and should never be used as a substitute for:

  • Therapy or mental health treatment

  • Medical advice or diagnosis

  • Crisis intervention or emergency services

  • Professional counseling or clinical care

  • Human coaching services

AI coaching does not treat, diagnose, or manage mental health conditions, medical issues, or psychological disorders.

2.3 Crisis Disclaimer

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency situation, do not use this service. Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 immediately.

Our AI coaching platform is not designed to handle crisis situations, emergencies, or severe mental health episodes. The AI coach cannot provide emergency intervention, contact authorities on your behalf, or ensure your immediate safety.

By using AI coaching services, you acknowledge that you are not in crisis and agree to seek appropriate professional help if your situation becomes urgent or dangerous.

2.4 AI Technology and Limitations

Our AI coaching services are powered by artificial intelligence technology, including voice AI, language models, and automated systems. AI systems may make mistakes, provide inaccurate information, or fail to understand context.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may contain errors or misinterpretations

  • The AI coach does not have memory of past sessions and cannot track your progress over time

  • Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions may occur

  • AI coaching results are not guaranteed and may vary by individual

  • You are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any guidance or reflections provided during sessions

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of AI coaching sessions.

2.5 Session Packages and Pricing

AI coaching is available in the following formats:

Single Session

  • 1 coaching session

  • Expires 30 days from purchase

5-Session Pack

  • 5 coaching sessions

  • Expires 90 days from purchase

AI + Human Coaching (Monthly Subscription)

  • 1 monthly human coaching session with Priscilla (45 min)

  • 4 AI coaching sessions (30 min each)

  • Recurring monthly billing

  • Sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle

  • Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month

All pricing is listed on our website and processed through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice.

2.6 Cancellation and Refunds


Single Session or 5-Session Pack (One-Time Purchase):

  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if sessions have not been used

  • Once you access a session, no refund will be provided

  • Single sessions expire 30 days from purchase date

  • 5-Session Packs expire 90 days from purchase date

Subscription Package:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • Unused sessions remain available through the end of your current billing cycle

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused sessions

  • Sessions reset monthly and do not carry over between billing cycles

No refunds will be issued after a session has been accessed or if sessions expire unused.

2.7 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing AI coaching services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless canceled. You will be charged on the same day each month based on your original purchase date.

3. Human Coaching Services

3.1 Cancellation Policy

Human coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled session start time with no penalty.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session start time will result in a forfeited session. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late cancellations.

3.2 Scope of Human Coaching

Human coaching services are provided by Priscilla Zorrilla, trained in ICF coaching methodology and certified by the Holistic Coach Training Institute. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, clarity, and goal-setting. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Release & Claim is a separate somatic facilitation experience offered by Priscilla Zorrilla and is governed by its own terms under Section 4. It is distinct from human coaching services in both format and scope.

4. Release & Claim Somatic Experience


4.1 Nature of Services

Release & Claim is a somatic facilitation experience, not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. Priscilla Zorrilla is a certified holistic coach and registered yoga teacher, not a licensed therapist, doctor, psychologist, or medical professional.

The services provided are educational and experiential in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Release & Claim is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.

By participating in Release & Claim, you acknowledge that you have been advised to consult with appropriate healthcare professionals before engaging in this experience, particularly if you have any of the following conditions:

  • History of seizures, epilepsy, or stroke

  • Cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure

  • Active psychiatric conditions (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)

  • PTSD or complex trauma diagnosis

  • Recent surgery or physical injury (within the past 6 months)

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe asthma or respiratory conditions

  • Currently taking psychiatric medications

You represent and warrant that you do not have any of the above conditions, or that you have consulted with your healthcare provider and received clearance to participate in this experience.


4.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in Release & Claim involves physical movement, breathwork, and somatic activation that may carry inherent risks. These activities may trigger physical sensations, emotional releases, or psychological responses.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to: physical injury, emotional distress, psychological discomfort, or exacerbation of pre-existing conditions.

You agree that you are participating in Release & Claim at your own risk and that you will immediately discontinue participation and seek appropriate medical or psychological care if you experience any adverse effects.

4.3 Contradictions

By participating in Release & Claim, you represent and warrant that you do not have any of the following conditions, or that you have consulted with your healthcare provider and received clearance to participate:

Neurological Conditions:

  • History of seizures, epilepsy, stroke, or transient ischemic attacks (TIAs)

  • Neurological conditions or diseases affecting the brain or nervous system

  • Family history of aneurysms (brain or abdominal)

Cardiovascular Conditions:

  • Cardiovascular disease including but not limited to heart disease, prior heart attack, angina, or heart arrhythmias

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Extreme uncontrolled low blood pressure (hypotension)

  • Dysautonomia (including POTS - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome)

Eye Conditions:

  • Detached retina (past or present)

  • Glaucoma

  • Recent eye surgery (within 6 months)

Respiratory Conditions:

  • Severe asthma or other respiratory conditions

  • COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)

  • Emphysema

  • (Note: Mild, controlled asthma is not a contraindication, but participants should have their inhaler available during the session)

Metabolic & Endocrine Conditions:

  • Uncontrolled diabetes

  • Uncontrolled thyroid disorders (Graves' disease, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis, thyroid cancer)

Psychiatric & Mental Health Conditions:

  • Active psychiatric conditions (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)

  • Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) with active emotional instability

  • Panic disorder or recent panic attacks

  • Dissociative disorders or active dissociation

  • PTSD with severe flashbacks or active symptoms

  • Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years

Physical Conditions:

  • Recent surgery or physical injury (within 6 months)

  • Osteoporosis or other bone/joint conditions where intense physical movement could cause injury

  • Pregnancy (first trimester or complicated pregnancy)

Medications & Substances:

  • Currently taking prescription blood thinners or anticoagulants (Coumadin, warfarin, or similar)

  • Currently taking psychiatric medications for bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis without healthcare provider clearance

  • Active alcohol or substance use / intoxication

Other:

  • Severe tinnitus (ringing in the ears)

If you have any medical or psychiatric condition not listed above, you must consult your healthcare provider before participating.

Failure to disclose any contraindicated condition may result in serious injury or harm, for which you assume full responsibility.


4.4 No Therapeutic Relationship

Your participation in Release & Claim does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or ongoing professional relationship. The professional relationship begins when the session starts and terminates at the conclusion of the 90-minute session, unless the parties agree in writing to schedule additional sessions.

Priscilla Zorrilla does not provide ongoing mental health support, crisis intervention, emergency services, or therapy. Release & Claim is a single-session somatic facilitation experience, not ongoing treatment or care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis before, during, or after your session, please contact:

  • 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)

  • 911 or your local emergency services

  • Your therapist, if you are currently in care

By participating in Release & Claim, you acknowledge that you understand this is not therapy and that Priscilla Zorrilla is not responsible for providing mental health support outside of the 90-minute session.


4.5 Refund Policy

Release & Claim sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will result in forfeiture of your payment.

No-shows (failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice) will result in forfeiture of your full payment with no refund.

4.6 Confidentiality

Priscilla Zorrilla will hold the content of your session in confidence. Sessions are not recorded. You retain the right to share your own experience as you choose.

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the facilitator and the session content. You will not record, screenshot, or share any part of the session without express written permission.

5. General Website Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website to:

  • Access and read educational content, articles, and resources

  • Download digital materials we make available

  • Sign up for email communications

  • Purchase coaching services

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use our website for any illegal purpose

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website or services

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Use our content to create competing AI coaching products or services

  • Train AI models to replicate or replace the services offered by In The Search Bar LLC

AI Indexing and Citation:
Use of our content by AI systems for search, indexing, and citation purposes (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) is permitted. Proper attribution to In The Search Bar LLC and Priscilla Zorrilla is expected when our content is referenced.

5.3 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including articles, frameworks, guides, digital downloads, images, and branding, is owned by In The Search Bar LLC and protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content

  • Use our frameworks or materials in commercial offerings without permission

  • Remove copyright notices or claim ownership of our work

You may:

  • Share links to our content and reference our work with proper attribution.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Accuracy or completeness of content

  • Specific results or outcomes from coaching

  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

  • Protection from technical issues, bugs, or downtime

You use our services at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, In The Search Bar LLC and Priscilla Zorrilla shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in Release & Claim, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury or illness

  • Emotional or psychological distress

  • Exacerbation of pre-existing conditions

  • Loss of income or opportunity

  • Any other damages resulting from your participation

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Release & Claim is to discontinue participation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Priscilla Zorrilla, In The Search Bar LLC, and its affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your participation in Release & Claim

  • Any injury, illness, or adverse effect you experience during or after the session

  • Your failure to disclose medical conditions or obtain medical clearance prior to participation

  • Your use of our services

  • Any violation of these Terms of Service

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Any content you submit or share through our platform

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policies:

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in these policies.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), not in court.

Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Either party may request that arbitration be conducted remotely via video conference. If in-person arbitration is required, it will take place in Orange County, Florida.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

If this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, you agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any representative proceeding.

10.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of our services.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

  • Sending an email notification (for AI + Human Coaching subscribers)

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services and cancel any active subscriptions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Non-payment or payment disputes

  • Use of services in a manner that harms others or our platform

Upon termination:

  • Your access to AI coaching sessions will be revoked

  • No refunds will be provided for unused sessions or partial subscription periods

  • Any outstanding payments remain due

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and In The Search Bar LLC regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
